By taking into account the raw
material to be molded, the production rate and functionality of the part
and the required surface quality, we can then use the appropriate steels,
standard mold equipment, and if necessary, hot-runner and gas injection
systems.

We can produce approximately 90 molds in a year in our own facility, or when required we can follow up molds made outside GALSAN, on behalf of our customer. Our maximum mold weight capacity is 6 tons: we have 24 pieces of mold making equipment and 22 people are working for manufacturing.
